The BU Material Sr. Specialist is responsible to support & assist BU Operation Manager, Asia Material Hub and or Deckers Management in carry out job function as stipulated in duties & responsibilities and other job task or projects as when required relating direct or indirectly.
- Able to practice general supply chain management and general supply relationship management to perform Material Management Task with all stakeholders.
- Be part of the innovation and development materials process, initiate and or working and partnering with Suppliers, Factories, PDs / Dev Com Team and Materials Development Team.
- Able to lead and guide stakeholders on solving and finding the optimum solution on materials delivery and quality.
- Manage, entry data and apply materials system data information such as PLM and Amber Road SCC on job task and work.
- Support Asia Material Hub tasks / activities as part of the Deckers Material Supply Chain.

- Project Execution and Management: Lead project teams, monitor progress, track KPIs, and report to stakeholders. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines. Facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Implement quality control measures, conduct reviews and audits, and address deviations. Identify and manage project risks with mitigation strategies.
- Industry Knowledge and Process Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement effective project management methodologies. Foster a culture of continuous learning.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, preferably in the supply chain domain.
- Knowledge of footwear/apparel business experience is preferred.
- Experience in digital transformation projects is preferred.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies is a plus.

- Làm việc từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 (8h30 - 17h30)
- Lương: Thỏa thuận. (~14 tháng lương/năm).
- Hưởng 100% lương và đóng BH trên lương tổng ngay từ thử việc.
