Mô tả công việc
Establish New Trading Partners
o Ensure the Trading Partner has a single EDI point of contact for all inquiries
o Establish and test connectivity between the Trading Partners and Customers
o Gather, maintain, and publish mapping specifications for departmental consumption
o Ensure mapping is being completed in accordance with the departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Relationship Management
o Establish and maintain accurate Trading Partner test instructions
o Align TrueCommerce with the Trading Partners as a preferred EDI provider for their vendors
o Establish TrueCommerce as a "test exempt" partner to help speed the deployment process
Technology Management o Establish oneself as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) status by mastering all variations of connectivity (FTP, AS2, VAN)
o Troubleshoot and resolve all production communication errors in accordance with departmental SLAs
o Document internal process and contribute to standard operating procedures (SOP's)
Professional Services Departmental Support
o Develop and conduct ongoing training for TrueCommerce employees requiring Electronic Partner Plug-in (EPP) knowledge
o Support Professional Services with EDI Standards, Trading Partner feedback, labels and advanced troubleshooting o Support "kick-off calls" to explain technology and processes to the customer
o Execute on other assignments as directed
Yêu cầu công việc
o Working time: 40 hours/week. 9 AM – 6 PM
o A bachelor's degree in a computer-related field is preferred, or a bachelor's degree with a foundation in computers and an interest in software.
o 1+ years of working or intern experience in an IT-related industry.
