Responsibilities

Content Management

• Prepare and manage datasets of regular expressions (RegEx) to enhance the voice robot’s understanding of natural language.
• Participate in training artificial intelligence systems.

Translation

• Translate scripts used by the bot between English and Vietnamese.
• Translate datasets between English and Vietnamese.
• Prepare and review voice recordings.
• Coordinate with speakers for recording script lines in English or Vietnamese.
• Evaluate recording quality and ensure accuracy.
• Upload voice recordings into the robot’s database.

Testing

• Conduct tests to verify the accuracy of the bot’s performance.
• Resolve incidents and correct errors discovered during testing.
• Collaborate with script designers and developers to enhance the bot's performance and functionality.

Analysis

• Analyze the outcomes of calls made by the robot.
• Identify and resolve issues, correcting errors detected during analysis.

Campaign Management

• Configure project parameters according to client requirements.
• Launch and manage dialing campaigns.
• Prepare reports on the results of campaigns.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• Native Vietnamese language proficiency.
• Experience in working with text content in English and/or Vietnamese is recommended.
• Proficiency in computer skills, familiarity with modern technology, high typing speed, and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data.
• Understanding of RegEx and JSON syntax or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail, perseverance, accuracy, and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
• Work experience in IT companies.
• Experience as an interpreter or translator.
