● Resolve technical issues that customers and other departments within the company are
experiencing related to telephones, hardware, computer software, computer networks, or IT
applications.
● Manage the company's website, information systems, and servers.
● Monitor the process of handling incidents and incidents after they have been resolved.
● Connect with departments to thoroughly resolve major technical issues.
● Answer inquiries and provide information to customers.
● Interpret and present information to customers in an understandable manner to support the
quick resolution of issues.
● Install applications, software, hardware, or computers and other technology devices for the
company.
● Undertake the task of repairing company computers.
● Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve.
● Working hours are from Monday to Friday and work according to USA time
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications:
● Experience working as an IT help desk technician or in a similar customer support role.
● Identifying system issues to assist users in handling and resolving computer, software, network-related problems.
● Tech-savvy, with experience working in a tech-related field.
● Ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues.
● Good understanding of computer systems, Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
● Proficiency in English (Customer support in English via Meetings, Emails, Calls and Chat)
● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to have:
● Familiarity with Google Cloud platform.
● Familiar with Linux operating system.
