Mô tả công việc
- We are seeking a skilled System Administrator fluent in both English and Vietnamese to manage and maintain our organization's IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- The role involves optimizing system performance, ensuring security, and managing virtualized environments (VMware), as well as on-prem and cloud services (Azure AD, Office 365).
- Responsibilities include provisioning and monitoring servers, supporting local users, securing company data, and ensuring disaster recovery processes are in place.
- The position requires flexible work hours and on-call support.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in VMware, Azure AD, networking, switch and router programming, on-prem AD, CommVault, and disaster recovery.
- Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs) and experience with Cisco IOS.
- Experience in Active Directory management, backup/recovery solutions, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours and provide on-call support when necessary.
