Công ty của Nhật đang cần tuyển Phó Phòng Sales cho business mới: Sản phẩm về công nghệ trong lĩnh vực y tế.
Địa điểm: Quận Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội
1. Management of distributors
- Setting sales targets and managing progress
- Management of business meetings and progress support
- Sales training.
2. Promotion support
- Support marketing events like seminar / exhibition and promote products. Manage and maintain the schedule and cost of these events.
- Propose and create promotional materials such as white paper (Recommendation letter of KM Products), KOL Movie ETC.
3. Sales promotion
a. Deal support for distributor sales
b. Proposal building from customer requests
- Support distributors for project management of system implementation at customer site.
- Support distributors to define the optimal workflow and configuration based on customer needs and prepare all necessary components for installation.
- Support distributors to connect and integrate the company IT products with other vendor's IT system and modalities at customer site.
c. Coordination of presentations, demonstrations and PoCsPre Sales Support - Provide product training and sales kit materials (PPT, Video, White paper, ETC) to distributors.
d. Support distributors to understand customer needs, environment, workflow and limitation, and propose optimal products, configuration and solution to meet the customer needs.
e. Support distributors to give presentation and demonstration of products to potential customers and explain about the product feature, benefit and unique selling point compared with competitors.
f. Find and propose other IT products and application to support the company IT products to fulfill the customer needs and requirements.
4. Market Research and strategy for IT products.
a. Research on market trend, size, competitor's activities/strong-weak point/price ETC.
b. Research on market demand, required spec, application ETC.
c. Consideration of the best KM proposals based on trends of other companies and the market.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. IT Business or IT Sales Experience or HealthCare Sale Experience, Experience of managing distributors is more desirable. Sales Strategy experience is a must.
2. Good in Office Tool (Words, Excel,PPT) ,
3. Good in English, Communications, Management skills (Distributor) Cooperation as a team (To be composed of members from three different countries: Vietnamese, Japanese, Thailand)
4. Logical thinking, Multitask
5. Effective communication and negotiation skills
Quyền lợi
1. Working Regime: Monday - Friday (8:00 – 17:00)
2. Gross Salary: 1.200 - 1.700 USD/month
3. Other Benefits: 13th salary, Company trip, Insurance based on Vietnam Labor law
