Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, coupled with expertise in PHP, .NET, and JavaScript technologies. As a Project Manager (Tech Lead), you will play a key role in overseeing the successful delivery of projects, leading a team of developers, and ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, both internal and external.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure clear understanding of deliverables.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Manage project resources, including team members and third-party contractors, to ensure efficient utilization and productivity.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing appropriate solutions to ensure project success.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, leveraging expertise in PHP, .NET, and JavaScript technologies.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, mentoring and coaching team members as needed.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs, reporting on project progress and outcomes to senior management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on web technologies.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer with expertise in PHP, .NET, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment is highly desirable.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience in outsourcing or client-facing roles is advantageous.
