- Assist in planning, directing and controlling activities influence business
- Execute Demand-Generation campaigns for revenue growth & pipeline generation.
- Identify industry technology & business trends, customer needs so as to build short term to long term opportunities / pipeline
- Identify, contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities
- Lead responding to RFX & proactive proposals
- Leading the overall solution design based on client requirements and work with internal solution architect / finance / delivery / legal teams to respond client needs
- Bid management & coordination
- Alliances & Partnerships Management & coordination
- Lead proposal defines during client presentations & close the sales
- Strategical execution of the sales plan in the global market to drive & achieve sales quota
- Coordinate with internal marketing & partnership teams for new offering, events, content, nurturing partnership ecosystem
- Other tasks assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong understanding of the IT industry with 02 - 04 years of experience
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools.
- Fluent in English
