Costing Accountant

- Adhere to accounting procedures and costing methodology
- Follow the standard / average / latest costing of all material in SAP system & major material file.
- Co-ordinate with P&T to ensure all the recipe / BOM is correct.
- Up to date the latest materials prices, moving average price of the material
- Co-ordinate with M&E to ensure routing is uploaded timely and accurately
- Prepare to cost calculations and analyze results, explaining any major or unusual deviations in cost calculated
- Calculate GM% of products in coordination with the commercial finance team
- Support product costing in the annual budget cycle
- Monthly follow up the actual material consumption in order to propose appropriate adjustments.
- Coordinate with Management Accountant ensures that the physical inventory (finished goods, WIP, raw materials) is accurately represented in value and quantity in the system
- Co-ordinate with relevant dept (Purchase / Export / marketing…) for creating / updating / extend all kind of material on SAP
- Ensure material info is input correctly into SAP. Ensure all of the material which has BOM is complete costing run
- Ensure that SAP Hana Master data is updated in accordance with group requirements on a timely basis
- Ensure alignment between SAP Hana Master data and local SAP
- Other ad-hoc reports and accounting tasks as assigned
