Accountant (District 1)

Support the accountant for the jobs: 

Admin: 

- Purchase of the office stuffs such as stationaries, food,… 

- Follow up the attendance and absent of the employees.  

- Manage all the expenses: electricity, water, internet, Mobiphone,… - Purchase, management & maintenence all the equipment of the company

Accountant: 

- Transaction with the bank. 

- Issue VAT invoice, follow up all the business contract. 

- Save the hard copies in the order properly. 

- Prepare labor contract, calculate salary and declare insurance. 

- Input all data into the Fast accounting sofware.  

- Prepare financial statement, tax report ( VAT, PIT, CIT) 

- Salary: 9,000,000 VND (Gross)

 - Probation: 2 months, 85% negotiable salary

 - Working time: 8:30 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday

 - Off on Saturday, Sunday, public holidays according to the regulations of the state

 - Employees who work for a full year have 15 days of leave, after 2 years, 1 additional day of leave will be added

 - 13th-month salary according to the company's regulations
