Mô tả công việc
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Organizing, managing and monitoring a company's accounts payable and receivable
- Organizing salary payment sheets and paying the social insurances (including Health, Unemployment Insurance)
- Reporting Quarterly PIT, VAT
- Complete monthly expenses and cash report for management
- Prepare quarterly financial report including profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow, cost analysis for management, auditors and banks;
- Manage the external audit at the end of the year and calculate the accounting of taxes in accordance with the requirements of the company or local government
- Support and report to the deputy general director(Chief Executive Officer) in performing some other jobs.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education and training requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (Most preferred) or business administration or a related field
- Over 3 years company working experience
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experiencing using office management software, including word processing software and spreadsheets
- Good organization, time management and scheduling skills.
