Mô tả công việc
- Daily control operation of the team to comply with VAT & Tax regulation, Contact with relevant Authorities
- Checking and submitting VAT report Monthly and apply for VAT refund
- Prepare weekly/monthly cash flow forecast, Monthly Management reports
- Bank facility control to catch up with operation require- coordinate with Banks
- Checking & verify all payment voucher before get approval from GM/CEO
- PIT monthly declaration report, Checking All PIT matters and Booking Salary in the system
- Manage the Purchasing department, and control cost
- Monthly reconciliation for Bank/cash/ / AP foreign & local/ AR / Monthly Budget Preparation
- Preparation of Monthly PPT for KPI dash board for every department
- Every products Pre and post costings analysis, Monthly report Preparation
- Prepare Reports for every month HR Insurance report , to Authorities , Prepare work contacts, work on salary incentives, opening of PIT and Bank cards for employees
- Other works requested by GM/CEO
- E mail correspondence
- Manage cash flow effectively
- Checking & verify all payment voucher before get approval from GM/CEO
- Control operation of the team to comply with VAT & Tax regulation
