Responsibilities:

1)    Oversee the accounting function and related activities of the plant; ensuring that

·      record keeping of the Company is complete and accurate, including:

o  Maintain a proper set of books to comply with VAS

o  Coordinate with the NY to record and analysis of  US Quickbooks.

2)    Maintain a comprehensive system of internal controls to ensure proper documentation,

           authorization, and general controls for all purchases and expenses;

3)     Cost Accounting- provides company with accurate cost/profit analysis for each product

             produced at the factory.

4)    Analyze and report operations, including periodic financial statements (monthly,

             quarterly and annually) to Management

5)    Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of inventory and warehouse

            departments- keeping an accurate account of each individual unit’s actual inventory

6)    Responsible for cash expenditures, cash receipts and to balance cash flow

7)    Other related issues
