Global Hotel Sourcing Manager

Job Summary: The Global Hotel Sourcing Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our wholesale hotel platform by securing and managing partnerships with hotels and hotel chains worldwide. This individual will be responsible for negotiating competitive rates, ensuring a diverse and high-quality inventory, and maintaining strong relationships with our hotel partners.

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Strategic Sourcing: 

• Identify and develop relationships with hotels and hotel chains globally to expand our inventory. 
• Negotiate competitive rates, availability, and exclusive deals to ensure the best offerings for our clients. 
•  Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. 

• Partnership Management: 

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to foster long-term collaboration. 
• Conduct regular business reviews with key partners to optimize performance and address any issues. 
•  Act as the primary point of contact for hotel partners, ensuring clear and effective communication. 

• Performance Analysis: 

•  Monitor and analyze the performance of hotel partnerships, including booking volumes, revenue, and customer satisfaction. 
• Utilize data to make informed decisions and adjustments to sourcing strategies. 
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

 • Contract Negotiation: 

• Lead contract negotiations with hotels, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. 
•  Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements. 

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

•  Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals. 
•  Coordinate with the technology team to integrate new hotel partners into the platform seamlessly.

• Travel and Representation: 

•  Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and build industry presence. 
•  Travel as needed to meet with hotel partners and explore new sourcing opportunities.
