Mai Ngoi Hostel is a brand new hostel in Ho Chi Minh city by Nixpec Co. Ltd. Our mission is providing accommodation for solo travelers and backpackers in Ho Chi Minh and Vietnam. We are looking for a operation staff who basing on Ho Chi Minh city could help us with the operation works:

Job description: 

• Responsible for Guest check-in and check-out.
• Ensuring accurate billing and payments.
• Handle and managing reservations.
• Update the hotel’s system with guest information, and ensure that bookings are accurately reflected.
• Assist with room changes and accommodate special requests.
• Handle Guest inquiries and complaints.
• Maintaining front desk organization, following standard operating procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and health policies.
• Prepare simple breakfast 
• Housekeeping, communication and coordination with other maintenance third party to ensure smooth operations.
• Arrange tour schedule and provide tour information to our guests.

Requirement:

• Honest, calm, careful and responsible with the job
• Service minded person
• Basic English level
