- Conduct staff training and update training material related to OD services, promotions and operation procedures
- Collect, verify and summarize daily/monthly revenue reports from counter, online channels and partners
- Monitor daily operation activities, facilities, hygiene and staff performance to ensure smooth operation
- Support ticketing operations, update POS information and guide staff on promotion and service information
- Support customers, handle complaints and maintain high customers service standards to improve customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and support event setup, operation and communicate with related departments and vendor
- Monitor stock availability, record damaged or broken equipment and coordinate with procurement when needed
- Receive goods from vendor and perform thorough quality checks
- Liaise with finance and accounting for billing, payment follow-ups and credit note processing
- Work with vendors to review payment documents, including invoices, payment request and quotations
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related field
- At least 6 months of experience in operations, customer service, hospitality, or tourism
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving skills and multitasking skills
- Fluent in English (both verbal and write)
- Good math skills
- Staff training and team management skills
