1. Merchandising & Execution Excellence
• Execute the installation and maintenance of all POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and Merchandising elements within the assigned list of existing F&B stores, ensuring adherence to the “Perfect Store” standards
• Conduct routine quality checks (QC) on product displays, pricing tags, and promotional signage, ensuring full brand compliance and visual excellence at all times
• Implement and refresh promotional schemes and displays quickly and accurately according to the deployment schedule provided by Trade Officer
• Manage the safe handling, storage, and condition of all Trade Marketing assets and materials assigned to Area.
2. Performance Monitoring & Data Collection
• Conduct and document store audits using the official mobile application or tool, capturing accurate photos and data on Merchandising quality, product availability, and pricing
• Gather competitive intelligence (CI) at the store level, documenting and reporting on competitors’ promotions, pricing, and visual display activities in a timely manner
• Track and report product availability (stock levels) and any inventory issues identified during store visits to the Sales/Operations counterpart from immediate action
• Prepare and submit accurate daily/weekly activity reports detailing store visit schedules, execution status, and time management compliance to the Trade Officer
3. On-site Communication & Compliance
• Liaise professionally with the store manager or staff to communicate Trade Marketing objectives, secure permission for display setups, and ensure harmonious working relationships
• Provide basic, on-the-spot training/briefing to store staff regarding new product visibility guidelines or the functionality of new POSM items
• Ensure strict compliance with all local store policies and safety protocols while conducting Merchandising and installation work
• Collect and verify necessary execution sigh-off forms from the store management upon completion of major installations or material drops
4. Business Support & Ad-hoc Project Management
• Proactively lead and complete ad-hoc projects as assigned, ensuring OTIF delivery, cost control, and risk mitigation.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Experience
At least 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Activation, Promotion within FMCG or QSR industry.
3. Training/License/Certification
Basic training or certification in Trade Marketing, POSM management, or activation planning is an advantage.
