1. Fully study and master USA information and prices.
2. Monitor the changes of USA resources, regularly update to the sales team.
3. Support sales activities, such as providing biding materials (example: destination presentations), assisting in quotations, operations, complaint dealing, ETC.
4. Develop and implement improvements to products, service delivery and process efficiency and quality.
5. Promote USA traveling program in Vietnam, observe the local market trend of going travel in the USA, and provide insights to the management.

*Good knowledge about USA destinations, deep interest in USA culture and travel
*Professional and friendly manners in E-mail writing, phone calling, and in-person interactions.
