- Craft Unique Itineraries: Create meaningful travel experiences tailored for eco-conscious travelers, showcasing unforgettable destinations.
- Coordinate Tours Seamlessly: Book, confirm, and oversee all services to ensure everything is ready before each tour.
- Work Closely with Partners: Build and negotiate strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best deals and experiences.
- Ensure Customer Delight: Offer support during tours and resolve any issues with care and empathy.
- Collaborate for Innovation: Bring fresh ideas to our product development meetings and help build a travel program that’s truly unique.
- Build Partnerships: Discover and vet new suppliers who align with our sustainable goals.
- Gather Feedback for Improvement: Collect and act on feedback from our travelers, ensuring the quality of each experience.
- Report to Management: Keep everything running smoothly with periodic reports and updates.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: A degree in one of the following:
- Tourism and Travel Services Management
- Travel Management
- Tour Operation
- Tourism Marketing
- Tourism
- Travel and Tourism
- Tourism Management and Business
- Tourism and Travel Services Management
- Experience: At least 4 years in one of these areas:
- Travel management
- Tour guiding
- Tourism promotion and marketing
- Designing and operating travel programs
- Researching or teaching in travel and tour guiding
- Travel management
- Skills: Excellent communication, a knack for customer service, and an unwavering passion for travel and sustainability.

Salary: Competitive, negotiable based on experience
