- Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching and Direction to their assigned restaurants, to maximize the long-term.
- Build a positive business relationship with Restaurant Managers and Restaurant leadership team, having sole responsibililty for assigned restaurants.
- Interviews, conducts on Job Evaluation (OJE\'s) and trains Restaurant Managers based on patch staffing needs and goals.
- Consults with the Restaurant Leadership Team on employess commitment measurement and assist with plan to increase employee\'s loyalty, satisfation and pride with the Popeyes experience.
- Protects the Popeyes Louisana Kitchen\'s Brand by ensuring that restaurants meet Popeyes\' QSC, safety and
- Ensures that restaurant properly executes marrket-wide promotions to maximize sales potential.
- Ensures that there is an on-going my store (local store) marketing plans to maxmize sales potential within the community for each restaurant.
- Handing guest complaints analyzing and promtly responding to geust feedback
- Controlling costs by reviewing recipe of product, minimizing waste.
- Weekly and monthly report for OM to ensure maximum profitability of all food and beverage operation.
- Use all informational resources available such as Patch benchmarking, SWOT analysis, and Customer Satisfaction Measurement ets, to identify opportunities and threats to build a business plan to optimize market potential
- Completes various audits to ensure that their restaurants meet Popeyes\' satandard practices and procudures regarding Popeyes Operation Assessment (POA), cash audit, security, etc.
- Supervise the implementation of reinvestment plans on an annual basis to include opening new restaurants, remodel, equipment purchase, ETC

Yêu cầu công việc
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree, Master Degree, Food and Beverage Sirvices Managermant, Hosplitality, Tourism / Hotel management or equivalent.
- At last 1 year of working experience in the related filed with the familiar position.
- Strong leadership skill with the ability to motivate others
