Project Manager (Manufacturing Industry)

• Lead and manage technical and manufacturing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements, and implementation strategies.

• Coordinate internal departments, including Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.

• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables, and provide regular reports to management.

• Manage new product development, process improvement, production optimization, and manufacturing efficiency projects.

• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues that may affect project objectives.

• Lead equipment installation, production line expansion, technology upgrades, and plant improvement projects.

• Analyze production data, KPIs, and operational performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.

• Ensure all project documentation, technical records, and reports are properly maintained and controlled.

• Organize project meetings, prepare presentations, and communicate project status to stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, quality standards, and customer requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in plastic film manufacturing, packaging film production, or related industries would be an advantage

• Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken) are required  (B-C Level)

• Strong leadership, planning, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience in managing cross-functional projects, budgets, timelines, and resources.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and KPI management.

• Salary: 50 - 60 million VND. Competitive salary package, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM.

• Working Location: My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park, HCM, Vietnam
