Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for project and engineering interfaces
- Build project and engineering interface framework, provide clear and consistent instruction to project/engineering disciplines for transmitting interface information.
- Support Project Manager/Project Engineering Manager/Project Interface Manager to set up interface channels between Project Team/Engineering Team and external interface parties. Taking part in managing the personnel of project/engineering interface team in the project.
- Defining and controlling the Contractual Interface Battery limits for project.
- Identify & monitor key interfaces, logging into a project master interface register with required start and end date.
- Manage the schedule of project and engineering interface activities.
- Monitor the status of the project and engineering interface requests (In – Out) contained within the interface register, and actively make certain that all requests are closed-out in a timely manner.
- Facilitate communications (including provide resolution for conflict) among Project/Engineering Disciplines, and between Project/Engineering Team and other parties relating to Project/Engineering Interface. Highlight unresolved issues to Project Manager/Project Engineering Manager and Interface Manager.
- Report to Project Interface Manager (dotted line report to Project Manager/Project Engineering Manager) the interface related Changes. Support Project Engineering Manager and Interface
- Manager in preparation and monitoring of interface related Change Order Request.
- Control the interface document register with the latest issued document.
- Provide input to weekly engineering report and weekly interface report.
- Tasks are applied once incurring or tasks are given as per the request from Project Interface Manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree Additional Degree of Business Administration is preferred.
- Engineer of Mechanical, Process, Hull, Structural, Electrical -Automation, Economics and Planning.
- At least 05 years of experience in management.
- Experienced in planning, coordination, management of engineering in oil and gas process and production aspect. Having worked in the position of Engineering Manager, Engineering Interface Coordinator, Senior Project Engineer, Project Engineer
- Experienced in managing project interfaces in large scale projects.
- Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, listening and minutes taking. Minimum TOEIC 650 or equivalent.
- Master in Microsoft Office (such as Word, Excel, Power Point), Planning software (Primavera, MS Project), AutoCAD, emails, the Internet and cloud empowered management platforms.
- Courses in Project Management, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management system.
- Courses in Management skills, Leadership skills, Problem-solving and Decision-making skills, Risk management skills, Change management skills, System administration skills and Human Resource management skills, Project management knowledge empowered by PMBOK®.
- Having understanding of Economics, Cost estimates, Bidding, Business Work Processes. Having wide knowledge of technical field.
- Getting knowledge of Engineering, Construction, Hook-up, Commissioning, Logistic, Transportation and Installation, Contract and Law is highly preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding in writing report, study report, procedure, work flow, work instruction for a specific job.
- Able to disseminate /impart professional skills pedagogically to colleagues.
- Having analytical/integrated skills to advise the handling of work when requested.
