1. Driving Sustainability for Internal Stakeholders:
- Develop and implement training programs to raise awareness and understanding of sustainability practices among employees.
- Lead the implementation of TBC-Ball Beverage Can Vietnam Company Limited's sustainability goals, focusing on continuous improvement in environmental performance.
- Create engaging activities and initiatives to foster a company culture that values sustainability and social impact.
2. Driving Sustainability for External Stakeholders and Managing External Communication:
- Advocate for the environmental benefits of aluminum cans to external stakeholders, emphasizing product stewardship and recyclability.
- Educate consumers and partners about the importance of recycling aluminum cans and support initiatives to increase recycling rates.
- Organize community outreach programs and activities to demonstrate TBC-Ball Beverage Can Vietnam Company Limited's commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and government agencies to develop joint initiatives that promote sustainable practices and address environmental challenges.
- Coordinate and participate in sustainability-related events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase TBC-Ball Beverage Can Vietnam Company Limited's commitment to sustainability.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Communication or related field
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven experience in driving sustainability initiatives within a corporate setting, preferably in the manufacturing or beverage industry.
- Proven experience in working or collaborating with NGOs and government entities
- Ability to develop and implement effective training programs and sustainability initiatives.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability standards, and best practices.
- Experience in managing external communication channels, including social media and events, is desirable.
- Fluent in English (4 skills).

We are TBC-Ball Beverage Can Vietnam Limited with 100% invested capital of US-Thailand Corporation. Our factory is located in VSIP II-A, Binh Duong Province. We produce aluminum can which is using for beverage industry.
