Tooling Engineer - Kỹ Sư Khâu Công Dụng

- Forms and fabricates parts and components for experimental projects or repair to machines, equipment, or facilities working from graphic, written, or verbal requests.

- Uses machine tools and hand tools working with a variety of metals and other materials, within prescribed tolerances as directed.

- Basically analyzes malfunctioning machine and systems (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.) and makes repairs or modifications, subject to approval of supervision.

- Uses basic mathematical formulas, handbooks, and technical reference to determine sizes, capacity, dimensions, and other working data subject to approval of supervision.

- Responsible for check and adjust measuring devices as Z-Mike by Beta Laser Mike (PrecisionPro 6000), Roundtest MMQ 100, Digimar 816 CL, Marsurf CD 120, Hardness tester and Digital Insid Micrometer.

intains a working understanding of plant production processes, equipment, systems, and facilities, in order to perform maintenance effectively, under general directed.

- Works in cooperation with engineering, technical, and production supervisory or outside of the company personnel when directed.

- Get required tools, spare part or equipment, clean up areas, and store tools, spare part and equipment as required

- Other work as assigned.
