Mô tả công việc
- Understand and comply with current standards and regulations related to architectural, interior, and landscape design to apply them effectively in the work
- Having a refined aesthetic taste that aligns with the company's product and service offerings. Regularly update on new creative trends in design and guide the team
- Make plans and schedules for assigned design projects
- Identify potential risks and propose solutions to address any issues that may impact overall goals and plans
- Make weekly, monthly, and quarterly report
- Present the designs with the clients and gain their interest in both aesthetic idea and technical solution
- Responsible for coordinating and leading the implementation of all projects of the Design Department or specific assigned projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Responsible for the quality of design documents before release
- Organize and report urgent issues related to on-site construction design to the Director or make decisions (within permitted scope)
- Develop, update, and improve necessary processes, regulations, and guidelines that are missing or not suitable for the design work
- Responsible for regular professional training for the team, ensuring the team develops specialized skills and understands the furniture brands represented by the company
- Manage and allocate tasks to the team of staff implementing projects.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Requirements for the position:
- Computing Skills: MS Office, Sketchup, Autocad, Photoshop...
- Foreign Language Fluent in English (Qualification/Certificate)
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Interior Design
- Soft skills Leadership skill : Strong organizational and time management skil
- At least 3-year experience in a similar position
- Experience in office design and commercial design projects
- Exellence knowledge in design trends, materials and technical solutions
