Mô tả công việc
· Determine work Procedures on site, prepare Work Schedule, check Technical Drawing Set and specifications and arrange necessary Resources.
· Ensuring Projects are executed using agreed Specifications / Standards / Design Guides and drawings.
· Align with Contractors to resolve technical issues on site.
· Project Execution Plans: Identify project risk and communicate with other departments.
· Align with Site Supervisors to implement Regulations on site.
· Issue construction follow up/ defect reports. Ensure Finishing complies with construction standards.

Requirements:
· Critical thinking (know how to deal with an issue logically/ on time)

· Client-Oriented (know how to balance between client’s benefit and company’s capability)
· Proactive (willing to take part and support in CSD work when needed)
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor of civil engineering-construction or related
· Experience: 03 to 05 years of experience in construction, preferably working with interiors.
· Fluent in Microsoft Projects & AutoCAD
· English is a plus
