- Hai Trieu's website is one of the major e-commerce sites in the fashion industry, aiming to become a useful, reputable and quality channel about watch knowledge. As an SEO, you will work on Hai Trieu's reputable and high-traffic websites.

- As an SEO Specialist at Hai Trieu, you will collaborate with the Marketing Department, supported and guided by the Content - SEO Team Leader.

Main responsibilities include: Bringing all keywords of 3 business segments of Hai Trieu Watch to TOP 1-2 on Google, including: watches, jewelry, and glasses; specifically:

Onpage:

+ Optimize keywords, images, and website

+ Monitor rankings and detect unusual gaps

+ Declare Schema for the website

+ Write content to support the task

Offpage:

+ Build and improve sustainable Link Building

+ Set up and nurture Social Page systems

+ Control first and second-tier Backlink signals: Index, Cache, tags, ETC.

+ Set up an SEO Plan for assigned projects

+ Search, filter, and go through quality Backlink Profiles according to standards

+ Manage the exclusive SEO operation system at Hai Trieu

Management - Inspection - Training:

+ Check collaborator/intern articles

+ Train collaborators/interns/full-time employees

+ Interview and recruit collaborators for projects

+ Compile, measure, and evaluate end-of-month KPIs

+ Measure team performance and results

+ Organize bi-weekly meeting to record results and propose new ideas

Other information:

- Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday morning.

- Working location: 156A Tran Quang Khai Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

- Probation period: 2 months, 85% salary.

Expected Outcomes:

- Acute sensitivity and proficiency in SEO support tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, ETC.)

- Projects under your management consistently ranking in the TOP 1-2 on Google

- Adequate skills to train and manage subordinate staff

- Ability to measure work effectiveness.

1. Over 3 years of experience in the SEO field (excluding time as a freelancer or intern)

2. Degree in Marketing, SEO, Writing, Creativity, or related fields

3. Direct involvement in previous SEO projects.

4. Experience in the fashion and retail sector is an advantage.

- Salary: 12 - 15+ million VND/month (Gross salary, negotiable based on competence). Hai Trieu strives to provide a salary based on your contributions and dedication.
