The Digital Performance Analyst is responsible for establishing the measurement framework (tracking), strategic planning, and optimizing paid search channels (Google SEM, Apple Search Ads) along with Marketing Technology (MarTech) systems (Moengage, ZNS). This role focuses on driving new customer acquisition, managing user lifecycles, and accelerating revenue growth for the GO! App & Website through advanced data analysis and technical optimization.
Function 1: Digital Channel Performance Management & Optimization
- Set up, configure, and maintain a comprehensive end-to-end tracking system for the GO! App & Website using tools such as Appsflyer, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop growth plans (KPIs for MAU, DAU, Conversion Rates) and allocate budgets for search channels and user engagement tools.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including Revenue, Average Order Value (AOV), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and customer behavior to refine bidding strategies.
Function 2: MarTech Management & Lifecycle Marketing
- Manage and operate the MarTech platform (e.g., Moengage) to design and deploy automation workflows, including push notifications and in-app messages.
- Coordinate and execute communication campaigns via Zalo Notification Service (ZNS) and SMS to enhance user retention.
- Utilize data-driven audience segmentation to deliver personalized advertising experiences and in-app content.
Function 3: Advanced Reporting & Analytics
- Build and automate performance dashboards (using Looker, PowerBI, or Google Sheets) for daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of core KPIs.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of the conversion funnel and user behavior to identify growth opportunities by category and customer segment.
- Prepare Post-Campaign Reports (PCR) and cross-channel efficiency comparisons to optimize product portfolios and promotional programs.
Other Administrative & Support Tasks
- Manage technical relationships and administrative procedures with technology partners and vendors (Google, Apple, Appsflyer, Moengage).
- Ensure absolute data accuracy and consistency across all technical platforms and internal reports.
- Support inter-departmental projects related to Growth, Marketing, and Omnichannel initiatives.
- Prepare analytical documents for operational meetings and executive management reports.

Knowledge:
- Proficiency in search advertising tools: Google Ads (SEM) and Apple Search Ads (ASA).
- Deep understanding of mobile measurement partners (MMP) and tracking systems: Appsflyer, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong knowledge of MarTech platforms and marketing automation (experience with Moengage and ZNS is preferred).
- Advanced data processing skills to derive insights from complex datasets (proficiency in Query/SQL is a plus).
- Mastery of data visualization platforms such as Looker and Power BI.
Experience:
- At least 02+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Performance Marketing, focusing on Search, App Growth, or Data Analytics.
- Experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Omnichannel business models is highly preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Business Administration, or related quantitative fields
Office skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel
