Job description: E-Commerce Specialist
- Plan, deploy and measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns on the company's online channels and perform supporting tasks to develop an online sales channel platform for businesses.
- Responsible for planning and goals, coordinating with internal team and e-commerce partners to plan, monitor, implement, measure and evaluate the results of sales programs for sales channels Online shopping (Shopee/ Lazada/ Tik Tok Shop/ Affiliate/ Website/ Tiki…)
- Collect and analyze information from the market and Marketing programs to grasp the latest trends in the market
- Search engine optimization (SEO) to increase the visibility of business sales pages to the top, bringing more clicks to the page.
- Implement activities to improve customers' shopping experience on the e-commerce platform, thereby creating a fast, convenient and professional purchasing process for customers.
- Deploy Marketing activities on Google, social networking sites and optimize them to bring the highest sales efficiency.
- Optimize the space and sales area of the business on the e-commerce platforms that the company has deployed.
- Analyze and synthesize relevant data about customers, products, businesses, ETC. to find out online shopping trends of customers.
- Group meetings with other departments to come up with ideas and plans to promote business efficiency of the enterprise on deployed e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with the order processing department, delivery processes and customer refunds.
- Monitor order activities as well as customer receipt process to ensure orders are delivered successfully.
- Make periodic reports and coordinate with Marketing Leader to analyze and devise e-commerce marketing and business strategies
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2 years of experience
- Have experience in a similar position and experience working in teams with many functional departments
- Having worked at an e-commerce agency is an advantage
- Able to work independently and aim for results
- Experience in planning and implementing online plans and campaigns on e-commerce platforms
- Have analytical skills, systems thinking, problem-solving thinking, numerical and data thinking
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, creative, always proactive in work and problem solving
- Have experience or love working in the e-commerce industry
