The Growth Business Analyst is responsible for driving data-driven decisions across omnichannel food retail platforms, including GO! App, Website, Telesales, Zalo Chat Shop, GrabMart, and future channels.
This role focuses on analyzing category and product performance, optimizing growth and marketing investments, and managing supplier-funded income across all channels.
Working closely with the Head of Growth, the role ensures sustainable revenue growth and efficient cost management
Function 1: Business Analysis (Channel, Category & Product, Project – Omnichannel)
- Analyze category and product sales performance across all omnichannel platforms.
- Monitor key metrics: sales, margin, basket size, conversion, channel mix, and customer behavior.
- Identify growth opportunities by category, product, channel, and customer segment.
- Perform channel comparison analysis to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions.
- Build dashboards and regular performance reports for management.
- Support forecasting, planning, and post-campaign performance evaluation.
Function 2: Growth & Marketing Cost Control
- Work directly with Head of Growth to track and control growth and marketing spend.
- Monitor ROI of marketing campaigns and growth initiatives across omnichannel.
- Analyze cost efficiency by channel, campaign, category, and supplier.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing budget allocation.
- Support annual budget planning and monthly cost performance reviews.
Function 3: Supplier Investment Management (Omnichannel Income)
- Track and manage supplier-funded investments (trade marketing, promotions, co-investments).
- Consolidate total supplier investment as omnichannel income.
- Monitor supplier contribution by category, brand, and channel.
- Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance in supplier investment reporting.
- Support negotiation insights and performance evaluation with suppliers.
Other Administrative & Support Tasks
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.
- Support cross-functional projects related to growth, marketing, and omnichannel.
- Prepare analysis and materials for management meetings and business reviews.
- Perform other assigned tasks related to growth analytics and reporting.

Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of category management and product performance analysis.
- Hands-on experience with sales, marketing, and supplier data.
- Experience working with multiple sales channels is a strong advantage.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Growth, Commercial Analytics, or related roles.
- Experience in retail, food retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or omnichannel businesses is preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, or related fields.
Language: English is a must
Office skills:
- Proficient in Data analysis tools (Google Analytics, basic in PowerBI, Looker …)
- Strong in presentation maker (PowerPoint, Canva …)
- Microsoft office in advance (Excel)
