Head Of Marketing

• Define overall Marketing & Communications strategy to support for enhancing brand equity and driving business growth through offline and Digital Marketing activities in line with the company’s business strategy

• Design positioning and pricing strategies

• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

• Implement and control Marketing processes within Marketing workforce

• Manage event planning and engage in Marketing activities with the industry associations, government organizations

• Ensure the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)

• Manage brand and PR campaigns to enhance the company’s brand values to relevant target audiences

• Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas

• Prepare and manage overall Marketing budget

• Set, monitor and report on team goals

• Other Marketing activities to support for sales campaigns to drive Leads and generate Sales

• Build and maintain high performance through effective management, communication and coaching staff to contribute to enhance their values, grow Marketing department and achieve the company’s goals

• Income: Negotiable
