KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Product Development Support:

• Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of new digital lending products and features.
• Collaborate with the Product team to define product requirements that maximize the product value

2. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze product performance metrics and customer data to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among various departments to drive product success.

4. Quality Assurance:

• Participate in product testing and quality assurance processes to ensure product reliability and performance.
• Identify and document bugs or issues, and work with the engineering team to resolve them.

5.Customer Insights and Feedback:

• Gather, analyze, and act on customer insights to drive product innovation and enhancements.
• Monitor customer feedback channels and respond to inquiries or issues as needed.

6. Project Management

• Support project management activities, including timeline tracking, milestone monitoring, and resource coordination.
• Use project management tools to keep track of tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.

7. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital product development.
• Propose innovative ideas and solutions to improve product offerings and processes.
