Mô tả công việc
- Attract, negotiate, and manage day-to-day relationships with 50 100 Creators in social media platforms TikTok.
- Build long-term relationships with valuable Creators.
- Brainstorm strategy and help develop content planning.
- Create a brief based on a content plan and strategy.
- Keep up with trends and give strategy recommendations based on data.
- Monitor and optimize each Creator performance, make sure the campaign target is met.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or related major
- Having experience in e-commerce or marketing is an advantage
- Having at least 6 months to 1 year experience as a KOL Specialist or any relevant.
- Have strong communication, negotiating skills, & problem solving.
- Enthusiastic about social media trends and understanding audience segments.
- Creative and proactive in identifying content trends and proposing executions.
