1. Job Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Executive who can work independently and take full responsibility for the company’s marketing activities while reporting directly to the Director. This role requires strategic thinking, the ability to execute marketing plans effectively, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in English is required, and Chinese is a plus.
2. Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies
• Plan and implement marketing strategies on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, aligning with the company’s business goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to propose suitable marketing approaches.
• Propose and implement strategies to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure the highest ROI.
• Independently execute marketing activities without coordination with other departments.
Content Planning & Management for Website and Social Media
Website & Blog:
• Develop a monthly/ yearly content plan for the company's website.
• Create product/service-related articles, industry news, and optimize SEO for better search engine ranking.
Social Media:
• Plan and manage content for social platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, etc.
• Track content performance and adjust strategies to improve audience engagement.
Advertising & PR Campaigns
• Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc., to enhance brand awareness and increase sales.
• Develop PR content for media, online forums, and partner channels.
• Monitor and optimize advertising performance to meet KPIs.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, CRM tools to track campaign effectiveness.
• Provide regular performance reports and propose improvements to maximize marketing efficiency.
Brand management & market development:
• Define and enhance the company’s brand image.
• Develop plans to expand the market and introduce new products/services based on customer needs.
• Conduct competitor analysis and suggest strategic improvements.
Manage marketing channels and campaigns:
• Oversee digital and offline marketing channels, including website, email marketing, social and promotional materials.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance to ensure effectiveness.
Sales support & customer engagement:
• Propose marketing initiatives to support sales and boost revenue.
• Develop marketing collateral, such as brochures, company profiles, and product presentations.
• Gather customer feedback and recommend product/service improvements.
• Communicate with international clients in English
Reporting and strategic recommendations:
• Report marketing performance directly to the Director.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with independent work experience.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to execute marketing plans independently.
• Market research and data analysis skills to develop realistic marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, Ahrefs, Semrush, and email marketing.
• Strong planning and budgeting skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in edit and filmmaking
Quyền lợi
• Salary: 13 – 18 million Vietnam dong
