Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, create, and implement comprehensive Marketing & Communication plans for DAO Music Entertainment's artists and music projects, including online and offline activities.
- Develop and execute audience growth and engagement strategies that drive awareness and consumption of music products domestically and internationally.
- Build and manage the company's multi-platform media channels, including official channels, fan communities, and artist channels.
- Develop and execute initiatives to drive followers across streaming services, including YouTube subscribers, Spotify followers, and more.
Partnerships & Collaborations:
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, including music platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Zing MP3, TikTok, ETC.), media agencies, influencers, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate and execute collaborative campaigns to support platform initiatives and maximize promotional opportunities for artists.
- Proactively identify and collaborate with artists, content creators, and influencers to develop creative and effective marketing campaigns.
Management & Analysis:
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and audit media channels to ensure optimal performance, coordinating with other teams to optimize and update content (profile optimization, lyric syncs, ETC.).
- Drive e-commerce success through social media and websites.
- Stay informed about digital trends, new technologies, and social media user behavior to identify new and innovative marketing opportunities and solutions.
Content & Communications:
- Manage strategy, rollout, and content distribution across company and artist channels.
- Assist the communications team with various tasks, including phone interviews, press mailings, and industry news research.
- Identify content, community, and creator/influencer collaboration opportunities for artists.
- Apply best practice guidelines and utilize various social media platforms and tools to educate and mentor artists in developing their online profiles.
- Help establish the online tone, branding, and presence of each artist, telling their story and bringing their vision to life online.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree in economics, commerce, marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a marketing manager at media, entertainment, and music companies
- In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing Tools (Facebook, Google Ads, SEO, Analytics, Email Marketing, Youtube...), Data Analytics, CRM.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in the music or entertainment industry.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese and English.
