E & G TRAINING is on the hunt for talented and enthusiastic individuals to lead our Marketing/Sales team. This role is a blend of Marketing and Sales where you’ll help shape and build both of them.
You'll spend about 60% of your time driving marketing initiatives from conception to execution and 40% on B2C sales. Plus, you’ll be there to support our B2B sales team when needed.
This role comes with significant growth potential. While you won’t have direct management responsibilities initially, as we expand, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead your own Marketing and Sales team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing:
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly and yearly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research, including competitor analysis and trend identification.
- Oversee marketing budget allocation and management.
- Lead all B2B and B2C marketing activities, including organizing online and offline promotional events and running ads on various platforms.
- Boost E & G’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and more through content creation, boosted posts, and audience engagement.
- Develop comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic growth.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, videos, proposals, leaflets and promotional gifts.
Sales:
- Work with the Director to establish B2C sales goals, strategies, and targets.
- Manage B2C leads and implement sales strategies to convert them into paying customers, including building relationships, providing product information, closing sales, and offering ongoing support.
- Support B2B sales activities by identifying and nurturing leads and maintaining client relationships.
- Collaborate with the Director to optimize B2B sales processes, sales scripts, and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, with proven success in marketing projects and sales achievements.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Working understanding of the training industry in Vietnam, specifically in relation to English and Soft Skills training for adults.
- Experience working in the training field is an advantage.
SKILLS
- Project Management Basics (Time and Task Management, Budgeting, KPI, ETC,...)
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
- Solid Vietnamese communication skills
- Basic graphic design skills (being able to use Canva well is a HUGE bonus!)
- Customer Success mindset
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Mail and Calendar, CRM
- Photo/video creation and editing skills are a plus
- Basic UI/UX experience on the Squarespace platform is an advantage!
