Mô tả công việc

Support communication between customers and internal departments (production, QA,
warehouse, purchasing).
Receive and follow up customer orders, technical documents, and quality requirements.
Coordinate sample development and prepare necessary materials/accessories.
Monitor production progress, packing status, and shipment schedule.

College/University degree in Garment/Textile, Industrial Management, International
Business, or related fields.
Experience in a Merchandiser role is an advantage, preferably in backpack, bag, or technical sewing production; however, fresh graduates and candidates without relevant experience are also welcome.
Good English communication skills: able to read technical documents, write emails, and
communicate with international clients.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Eager to learn, detail-oriented, good teamwork and organizational skills.
