Senior Creative Specialist

• Own and manage the content strategy and calendars across Social (Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest), Paid Ads (Meta, Google), Email, and other digital channels to drive sales.
• Collaborate closely with Project Management and internal teams to provide clear creative direction for content and visual production.
• Deep-dive into data, turn metrics into creative insights, and constantly optimize CTR and Conversion Rates (CR).
• Research global e-commerce trends and consumer behavior to constantly innovate content formats, ad hooks, and short-form video concepts.
•  Review and proofread all creative outputs to maintain high brand standards while guiding and supporting junior team members or freelancers. 

• Graduated from Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields
• 3-4 years of experiences in content marketing and digital marketing
• Fluent in English writing and reading
• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
• Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
• Own a good foundation in ecommerce
• Good at expressing brand messages through words and visuals
• Great at strategic thinking, curiosity, initiative, and creativity?

WORKING TIME AND LOCATION:
