1/ Creation and Editing of Post Content
- Create and edit content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos.
2/ Management of Posting Schedule
- Plan and schedule social media posts.
3/ Responding to Comments and Messages
- Reply to followers' comments and messages to increase engagement.
4/ Social Media Account Management
- Manage accounts, update profiles, and build relationships with followers.
5/ Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze post performance and compile reports.
6/ Support for Advertising Campaigns
- Assist in setting up and managing social media ads to maximize campaign effectiveness.
7/ Follower Growth Strategies
- Implement strategies to increase followers.
8/ Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to deliver a consistent brand message.
9/ Handling Social Media Platform Issues
- Quickly respond to inappropriate posts and account issues.
Tasks will be carried out under the direction of the social media manager.
Both Japanese and English will be used, with translation tasks performed using ChatGPT.
Yêu cầu công việc
- No need English.
- Social Media Management: Proficiency in managing and creating content for various social media platforms, understanding of analytics and using social media management tools.
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills to engage with online communities, answer questions, and clearly convey brand messaging.
- Creativity: Ability to create creative and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting, to capture audience attention and drive engagement.
- Customer Service: Understanding of customer service principles to address questions, concerns, and feedback from online audiences in a timely and professional manner.
