• Deploy content & social media plans from the Manager to help the organization achieve its business objectives
• Manage performance of social media channels: Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, Linked, Instagram Vieclam24h.VN
• Support to follow on organic social media to amplify engagement and reach.
• Seek, work closely, and well manage talents to improve the quality of content on TikTok Vieclam24h.VN
• Create weekly reports to capture key insights, popular topics, sentiment, new trends, and growth metrics and translate those findings into actionable items.

Community

• Deliver content based on long term & short-term strategies to build up a loyal customer base on social media
• Create discussions on communities and navigate the public response to protect brand image, increase brand love 
• Liaise with design, brand, product marketing, & performance to deliver exceptional creative quality from ideation to publication.
• Seek, work closely and well manage suppliers for community booking

Event Marketing

• Implement offline events based on an action plan
• Seek, work closely, and well manage production house to deliver events successfully
