Mô tả công việc
1. Develop and Execute Social Commerce Strategies:
- Create and implement full-funnel social commerce strategies to drive eCommerce initiatives from awareness to advocacy
- Develop and execute to drive sales and engagement on social commerce channels, including but not limited to TikTok Shop, Shopee Live & Video ,and Meta Live.
2. Content Creation and Management:
- Ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates product features and benefits.
- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms to promote products and services
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to identify new opportunities for growth
- Conduct market research to stay informed about social trends, identify growth opportunities, and observe competitors’ activities to track competitiveness.
3. Performance Analysis
- Conduct in-dept analysis of channel conversion, pageview, sales performance to measure effectiveness of promotion schemes, take action to achieve sales target.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, including social-aided conversions and traffic metric.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (Ecom CX, Performance MKT and Brand Team) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective social commerce campaigns.
- Build strong and trusted relationships with creators, local Multi-channel Networks (MCNs) and collaborate with content creators to develop visually appealing and engaging content for social commerce.
- Work closely with Key Account Team & E-planner for monthly orders/inbound stock.
5. Other Social Commerce-related tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on Business, Marketing, Economics, and Social media.
- Over 2 years of relevant experience in Online Marketing & Social Commerce
- Proven experience in social media management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of social media best practices and algorithms ·
- Good communication and content creation skills, with the ability to engage and grow an online community ·
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to measure the success of social media campaigns and suggest optimizations
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals

- Negotiable salary: 18-20 gross
