Mô tả công việc
- Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the sales team and partners.
- Prepare and distribute documents and reports as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of partnership activities and performance metrics.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal sales teams, external partners, and distributors.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from partners in a timely and professional manner.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and distributors.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new partners, providing necessary information and support.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance partnerships and drive mutual growth.
Yêu cầu công việc
- A final year student or recent graduate.
- Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask.
- Cope well under pressure.
