- Lead and manage corporate strategy processes: portfolio planning, target setting, and strategic initiative derivation.
- Evaluate the entire portfolio from product discovery to development, ensuring alignment with corporate KPIs and objectives.
- Collaborate with departments such as R&D, marketing, and sales to identify gaps, opportunities, and market trends.
- Advocate for portfolio adjustments throughout the product life cycle to meet targets.
- Conduct strategic assessments and own the process for key goals and initiatives.
Yêu cầu công việc
- A degree in business administration, fashion, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy within an international group.
- Expertise in portfolio management across the life cycle, including target deviation and adjustment.
- Analytical, structured thinking with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fluent English.
