Trade Marketing Administration

The Trade Marketing Administration is responsible for:

1. Call center administration

• Work in Master Painter/ Master Seller back-end system and helpdesk to manage painter and dealer’s data.

• Be responsible for all in-call and out-call under Master Painter program.

• Call painters & dealers for payment and for specific projects.

2. Shop upgrade administration 

• Take care of shop upgrade (such as contract, delivery and payment process for JICC (Jotun interior color center)).

• Check and verify shop upgrade quotation & liquidation.

3. Other tasks

• Support Trade Marketing manager to manage painter’s data.

• Support Trade Marketing team in administration tasks.
