1. Trade Marketing Strategy
- Develop annual and quarterly trade marketing strategies aligned with company sales and brand objectives.
- Build channel-specific activation plans for GT, MT, Mom & Baby, and E-commerce.
- Develop shopper marketing and consumer conversion initiatives.
- Support new product launches with effective channel activation and visibility plans.
2. Channel Development & Execution
- Lead nationwide trade programs, promotion activities, and visibility campaigns.
- Define execution standards for display, POSM, merchandising, and activation.
- Ensure excellent execution quality across all channels and regions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to improve sell-out and distribution effectiveness.
3. Digital Commerce & Store-Level Online Activation
- Develop trade-driven digital commerce activities to support store sell-out.
- Coordinate and manage content creation for TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, and livestream activities.
- Support stores and local chains in implementing livestream selling programs.
- Work with KOLs, KOCs, influencers, and content creators to increase shopper engagement.
- Coordinate TikTok Shop and social commerce campaigns with stores and distributors.
- Develop localized content and shopper communication materials for online and offline channels.
- Monitor search visibility and keyword performance on E-commerce platforms.
- Support search optimization (search ranking / searching visibility) to improve online traffic and conversion.
- Coordinate with Marketing team to align digital content with brand direction.
4. Promotion & Campaign Management
- Design and manage trade promotions, consumer promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Evaluate promotion effectiveness and ROI.
- Coordinate with Marketing team to localize branding activities into sales channels.
- Support chain stores and strategic shops with branding and activation activities.
5. Budget & Performance Management
- Manage trade marketing budget efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor promotion spending and ROI.
- Analyze market data, sell-out trends, visibility performance, and competitor activities.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve channel productivity.
6. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and coach Regional Trade Marketing Managers and field execution teams.
- Develop execution guidelines, SOPs, and reporting systems.
- Build strong collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing teams.
- Strengthen trade marketing capabilities nationwide.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years experience in Trade Marketing within FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of GT, MT, Mom & Baby, and E-commerce channels.
- Experience in digital commerce and social commerce activation is preferred.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- English communication is preferred.
