Mô tả công việc
• Develop and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest that aligns with our brand identity
• Utilize analytics tools to track performance and optimize content strategies
• Manage product listings and updates on Shopify, Etsy, and Printify to ensure accurate descriptions and visuals
• Provide basic customer service support, including handling inquiries and processing orders
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team to maintain product availability
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including influencer collaborations and promotions
• Ensure all content and visuals maintain strong attention to detail and align with the brand’s aesthetic
• Contribute to initiatives that support philanthropic efforts and animal welfare causes
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage deadlines effectively.
- Experience managing and creating content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics, scheduling tools, and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Etsy, and Printify, including product listing and customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Polished, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Canva, and Trello or Asana. ▸ Basic knowledge of Web3 or NFTs is a plus.
- Ability to align with the Chrome Bones brand aesthetic and vision.
- Strong attention to detail for visuals and marketing campaigns.
- Interest in supporting philanthropic efforts and animal welfare initiatives.
- Ability to take initiative and adapt to evolving project needs.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar virtual assistant, social media, or e-commerce role.
- Background in fashion, design, or lifestyle industries is a bonus.
