- Playing a key role in executing deals by closely working with cross functional teams
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with SMEs for the Payroll Financing, Invoice Financing & EWA product.
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling, able to set meeting with key decision maker.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their evolving requirements and provide ongoing support and build referrals from existing clients.
- Pro-actively working with BD teammates to craft and share best practices efficiently using common resources
- Develop a deep understanding of the Payroll Financing, Invoice Financing & EWA product and its value proposition.
- Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of the product to potential customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and SME financing needs..
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or relationship management in the financial industry, with a focus on SMEs. Background in either Bank's Relationship Management (RM) division, Bank's Payroll division, or Consumer Finance business development is preferred.
- Strong understanding of SME financing needs and challenges.
- Excellent networking and prospecting skills to generate new leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the value proposition of the Payroll Financing product.
- Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing, and ambiguous environment.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
