Mô tả công việc
Recruitment:
• To make recruitment notice based on the personnel requisition.
• To screen, select and shortlist the potential candidates.
• To conduct the interview as the recruitment process.
• To prepare all required document for new workers (profile, list, probationary agreement…) prior to their first working day.
• To contact with recruiting agents, labor service center, vocational school and university to search the candidates.
• Keying, filing and checking personal profile.
• Making reports:
1. List of employees report to work.
2. Daily survey of candidate come interview.
3. Daily worker recruitment report.
• Updated list of Referral M.O & T.C note list
Training and Development:
-Plan, develop and deliver different trainings to staff at different levels in different regions
-Implement organizational development programs including corporate culture development, change management, teamwork development and internal communication, soft skills,…
-Design effective training strategies and establish programs
Yêu cầu công việc
- College or University degree.
- 2 year-experience in relating fields
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to communicate effectively at all level internally within organization and externally within all factories
