Employment Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

JOB PURPOSE

The HRIS & People Analytics Supervisor will serve as the primary HRIS focal point for Masan MeatLife, supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR systems while driving HR data management, reporting, and analytics initiatives. This role will work closely with Group HR, C&B, HR teams across sites, and key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, system effectiveness, and actionable HR insights that support business decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. HRIS Management & Coordination

Act as the key HRIS coordinator for Masan MeatLife and serve as the main point of contact for HR system-related activities.
Partner closely with Group HR, C&B, HR Business Partners, and site HR teams to support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Workday and other HR systems.
Coordinate system updates, testing activities, issue resolution, and user support.
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across HR systems.
Support system configuration reviews, process improvements, and change management initiatives.
Develop and maintain user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
Provide support and guidance to end users to ensure effective utilization of HR systems.

2. People Analytics & Reporting

Support the development and maintenance of HR dashboards, reports, and analytics tools.
Collect, consolidate, validate, and manage HR data from multiple sources.
Translate business requirements into meaningful reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through HR data analysis to support workforce and organizational decisions.
Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of HR reporting processes.

3. HR Projects & Process Improvement

Participate in HR transformation, digitalization, and process improvement projects.
Collaborate with HR functions and cross-functional teams to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and system utilization.
Support the development of new HR tools, templates, and automation initiatives.
Recommend improvements that enhance HR operational effectiveness and user experience.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, HR Analytics, HR Reporting, or related areas.
Experience working with HR systems and supporting HR technology initiatives.
Exposure to HRIS implementation, enhancement, or administration is highly preferred.
Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HR platforms is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Power Query, or other reporting/analytics tools is preferred.
Good understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience in manufacturing or large-scale organizations is an advantage.
