Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, HR Analytics, HR Reporting, or related areas.
- Experience working with HR systems and supporting HR technology initiatives.
- Exposure to HRIS implementation, enhancement, or administration is highly preferred.
- Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HR platforms is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Power Query, or other reporting/analytics tools is preferred.
- Good understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in manufacturing or large-scale organizations is an advantage.
