1. Conduct internal Labor audit based on Customer's standards and local law's requirements.
- Build audit tool / checklists
- Set up audit schedule;
- Implement audit;
- Summarizing of audit result, doing report and submit report to relevant people.
2. Monitor the corrective action of audit and suggest for continous improvement management system
- Call meeting of discussion on audit result and supporting of the improvement
- Support relevant Depts. on improving of findings and compliance system
- Tracking action taken and evaluate the completing of action taken.
- Summarizing the current status of whole system and raise unresolved issues.
3. Control document control center of ISO for factories in Vietnam:
- Training and guiding the procedure of setting up ISO document to all ISO members
- Issuing new ISO documents to relevant dept.
- Update all new or revised SOPs / documents from all dept and upload into the system
4. Join various HSE Projects
Can be a team leader or a member of HSE projects' management team, conduct the coordination of project according to the established target or collect the required data to provide to relevant people which help the project hit ITs progress and expected results.
